Maybe re work this recipie,or change the name,Mexican chicken stew??

I really wanted to love this, especially after reading all of the amazing reviews. I made it exactly as written and the flavor was just so underwhelming. Even my husband and son, who often like things that I don’t care for, didn’t go back for seconds, which says a lot! My husband did finish his by adding some salsa verde. Won’t be making it again.

Tortillas were a but slimey inside but the mix is premo scooped into tortillas after with some sour cream & cilantro or scallions ♥️
