I loved the flavor very delicious, but I wasn’t fond of the soggy tortillas. I will make it again as maybe a dip or put over nachos or maybe even roll the tortillas and put in a baking dish and bake, remove from oven and garnish with the green onion and serve with sour cream.

This was great! Tasted just like enchiladas! Will def be having this again. We made it gluten free by switching the tortillas too.
In my husband’s words ‘until we found taming twins everything out of the slow cooker tasted the same!’

Tomatoes puree & Passata is also tomato puree; can people use liquid broth instead of cubes & only 1 of tomato purées ? Half of each tomato puree & liquid beef broth?
