This is a straightforward tasty recipe with everyday ingredients. My only question is, am I the only person to think that 1kg of boneless chicken is a huge amount for 4 people? Should do double that.

Next time I’ll definitely add coconut milk, without it there is too little sauce and it’s too thick even if, as suggested you add a splash of water.
