Really tasty but watch out for added salt in ricotta, I didn’t think about this whilst making it for myself and my 1.5 year old, she was super thirsty after it as am I, and I didn’t even season any thing else with salt in the dish.

This is SO delicious!! I used red pesto & added aubergine slices. I think mushrooms would really go well it there too, season well with salt, as it needs good amount .

A fantastic recipe, turned out beautifully with a crispy top, with soft layers underneath. Is it possible to make a meat lasagne in the slow cooker in a similar way?
