Lovely idea but is 3 tablespoons of curry powder a typo? I like spice but I reduced it to 2 tbsp and I still felt like all I could taste was curry powder – the flavours just weren’t balanced.

Amazing recipe, everyone in the house enjoyed this! I added some Greek yoghurt to the kids portions to reduce the spice. The chicken was so good and came apart very easily when separating.

I adore this recipe – I’ve made it loads of times now, and any time I make it for someone they go back for seconds (and even thirds!)

The only issue I’ve ever had is the noodles & beans not cooking fully – which was my own fault as I didn’t submerge them in the stock lol.

Provided you mix it all properly it all cooked perfectly – highly recommend!
