Love the flavour. Added in a ball of mozzarella. I usually give all these recipes a five star but I wasn’t keen on the wraps in the dish. They went slimey and the texture wasn’t pleasant.
Would probably serve this with garlic bread or have the wraps on the side. Thanks for the idea and recipe though. 🙂

I enjoy this recipe as it’s a great storecupboard meal but have found the beans quantity confusing – when it says 800g beans, is that the undrained or drained weight?

The enchilada chilli/filling is delicious! The only thing I didn’t like was mixing the tortilla wraps in the mixture as they went a bit soggy. Will definitely be making this a regular, but with rice on the side instead.
