I have many of your recipes saved on my computer and every week go through them to make my meal plan. Sweet and Sour chicken is one of our favourites along with the Slow cooker chicken Korma (if you haven’t tried it, you must!) So simple to follow and I know the end result will be very tasty. Your recipe for sweet and sour chicken with pineapple was superb.I made it exactly as you instructed and we both thought it was very tasty and very much like a dish from our local Chinese takeaway.I’ve printed the recipe off and will file it,so it’s handy to use again and again.It would be ideal if we had guests for a meal,as you can just load it all in the slow cooker and entertain your guests until the cornflour thickening stage of the dish.Many thanks.
