I made half quantity so added a bit of water in case it boiled dry. There was no need cos there’s quite a lot and I’m now trying to reduce it down in saucepan to correct that.
What I will say, is that it is way too strong on tomato (I even underweighed the puree to 35g). I also used half a large pepper and some mushrooms.
I’ve now added 2 extra reduced salt oxo beef cubes and half a lamb cube plus a little sugar and it’s still not balanced.
Way too much tomato puree in this IMO.
Hence low rating.
Sorry, not the best for me.

Never done this without browning before, did as you said prepped the night before then put it on in the morning.
Added mushrooms & peppers to bulk out & stretched it to 5 portions.
Replaced the red wine with a veg stock pot
Tastes really good

Fantastic idea. It was so delicious. I saved even more time and washing up by adding the raw pasta into the sauce at the end. I used more fluid than stated in my recipe and left the penne pasta to cook for 20 minutes. It was delicious and so much less effort. Next I’m trying the Marry me chicken which we love the flavor of when we have cooked it in the usual way.

Should read “ I’ve been” Also forgot the Finally, I didn’t mean I changed it. I meant I’ve made it/tried it all ways when I’ve had different things or not enough of something etc. Best spag Bol sauce EVER!!
