Made this tonight with my 4 year old. Ran out of oats halfway through so topped it up with some homemade nutty granola. My lord, these are delicious, mostly because of the buttery, syrupiness of them, rather than the granola. Will 100% become morbidly obese now I’ve found this recipe.

These were absolutely delicious- best recipe ever! I think adding the oats a bit at a time rather than all at once helped to all coat the oats with the wet mixture.

Hiya, did you use block hard butter instead because I’ve used normal butter in the past and it never kept together and was a mess
