Great recipe but please don’t tell me this is best with mashed potato that’s my choice not yours and I hate mashed potato and do many other people.

First attempt and it was fantastic! I believe the 3 main factors for it being a success were the 1. use of sunflower oil and not olive oil 2. to use a tin, not ceramic dish to cook it in and 3. DON’T OPEN THE DOOR!! So simple and it looked as good as the one in the photo. Thanks

So easy and foolproof. Had the best yorkie …it rose so high! We thoroughly enjoyed it. Used coconut oil and it was perfect.
