We absolutely love this recipe, generally serve it with crusty bread. I do swap out the double cream for crème fraiche or sour cream. A real family pleaser and a regular in our house

Very scrumptious!! I replaced the spinach with fresh fine green beans which gives it a lovely crunch if they are not overcooked. I added them a couple of minutes before the Orzo goes in. Generally had to add a bit more water as the excess from the spinach was missing.
