Good morning, when I saw this email jump up in my inbox I thought not another easy, cheap meal plan, full of fancy stuff I never cook and my OH won’t eat. When I read the email and looked at the recipes, I thought, brilliant, they’re not like that at all and you shop at Aldi!
There are only two of us now, where were you forty years ago when there were eight of us, my life would have been so much easier!
These are down to earth, adaptable recipes. I’m so glad I found you.
