I have finally found my go-to recipe for a delicious chicken curry. I was skeptical at first as it’s really such a simple recipe but it blew me and my boyfriend away. I made it a couple nights ago, and i’m already making it again because we loved it that much.

I add a little heavy cream to mine and it turned out amazing.

We have this a lot in our house on a Sunday and it goes down an absolute storm! Love it! I do tend to brown off the chicken though as once I didn’t do this and the chicken wasn’t cooked through so had to do it at the end, maybe as it was for 12 people so larger quantity. Anyhow I do love it as does the large family here! Thank you!

I was sceptical, this is too easy right?
It’ll be watery and thin… How wrong can I be? This is a revelation, and absolutely gorgeous curry and now my go-to slow cooker recipe.
