It’s not vegetarian. By omitting the bacon but leaving in the sauce doesn’t make the recipe vegetarian.

Made this with 2 tins cannellini beans and 1 black beans as suggested. Added some left over diced chorizo and diced pepperoni from pizza night. The result was absolutely gorgeous and went down very well with everyone
