Best roast potatoes I’ve ever made or eaten (and I’m 80 years old!). Was a bit worried about freezing and defrosting as never done that before but glorious crunchy outsides and fluffy insides! Thank you Sarah I’m passing your recipe on to my daughters and daughter in law.

Hi Sarah, can you clarify if all your xmas recipes are for fan oven or electric? I have a top oven (electric) bottom is fan and I will need to use both so knowing what is what would be really helpful.
