Actually think I prefer fajitas cooked in the air fryer to on the hob now! Lovely charred edges on the chicken.

I made it last night in a Ninja, the one with a mega zone. I have a two drawer one too, but there would have been too much for one drawer. I would have needed to split it over the two drawers. Have to say it come out perfectly, but I did keep stirring it to keep it even.

Where has this recipe been all my life! So easy and in came out a treat in the airfryer. I hate cooking so this is an easy winner winner chicken dinner!

I’ve made Airfry tray bakes a few times and all very good but I tried the Mexican chicken and it was a disaster!. The chicken was cooked through properly but the veg was burnt to a cinder. What could have gone wrong? I did check the chicken with 10 minutes to go and it was not done but the veg was already blackening. Using a Ninja Dual.
