These came together really quickly (fast enough that my 1 year old was entertained by a small frying pan the whole time) and came out super fluffy! I used a mini muffin tin and cooked them for 11 minutes. I love the hint of orange in them! I will say that they really need some salt, though. I know babies and sodium are not supposed to mix, but it might help to have it as an optional ingredient so no one has to guess on the amount.

At some point you posted a single muffin recipe that was just berries, 1 egg, rolled oats, milk, honey and baking powder. There was no flour (though I did add a little protein powder) and they were great! The only part I am missing is cooking temp and time. I can guess it was around 350 and probably 20-30 minutes. I would be nice to know for certain.
Thank you!
