Easy & quick but maybe next time less peanut butter as we found it a bit too much
I did add some broccolini which was fabulous

Wow what a quick and delicious dinner! Made enough for at least six portions. The sauce is a real winner and I’m already thinking of variations on the veggies ( packs of stir fry veg, mushrooms) and possibly served with chicken or a piece of salmon!

Oh my days - this is gorgeous! I added bean sprouts and had to substitute red onions for spring onions and it was gawj!!!
