super super delicious. My 12 year old devoured them too. We live in spain and luckily we can find the corn tacos 🙂 One thing, my cauli didn’t go quite as crispy as yours looked. They kind of steamed in the oven. Should I do it with or without fan? I also have an air fryer, thing is it doesnt hold much and would end up taking longer with several batches of cauliflower.
