Can anyone tell me what I did wrong? Love the recipes on here,but this just tasted of Worcestershire sauce. Checked the recipe and I only added 3tbsp.

This is a wonderful dish. I’ve made it in various ways using alcohol, low alcohol, stock etc and it turns out excellent each time.
