Love this easy recipe that fills the meal with veggies and flavour. I think I may add a few more seasonings next time and play with the recipe.

Thankyou Sarah. Wow that was not only really delicious but filling aswell. My partner and I loved the spanish chicken and chorizo one tray bake. We added onions instead of olives. Definitely having that again. Awesome recipe thankyou. X
