Super delicious, and such easy ingredients to gather. I already had everything bar the halloumi which is rare!
Also love the tip to put the halloumi in boiling water- that made a difference and I think it helped stop the cheese getting too rubbery as it cooled down.

I made these for the first time this evening as had my two young grandsons for the evening.
