I made this for myself and my adult sons tonight, it was actually a really nice change from the usual mince beef dishes (spag Bol, chilli, cottage pie etc) I added chopped carrots to my beef and a bit more sauce as didn’t want it to be too dry, I served with home made egg fried rice (so rice, egg, peas, spring onions and soy sauce) which went well. In the end I ended up mixing mine all together which made it even taster. Might even miss out the green beans next time and add chopped onions 😉
