This meal was absolutely delicious! I love how creamy the sauce is. I ended up cooking the steak for a lot less time than the recipe indicated so it wouldn’t dry out. Even my toddler tried a few bites. I will definitely be making this again soon!

Enjoyed it but even using reduced sodium soy sauce found it all a bit too salty for our liking. Enjoyed it enough to want to try and tweak it for next time though.
