Yummy, very flavorful! Shared with friends since I’m a singleton now. The said they’d pay top $$ for this dish!
I too used a can of diced tomatoes for ease, and added a bit more smoked paprika and some ground coriander. Next time, I’ll separate and freeze half before adding the fish. That’ll make an even easier meal in the future!
