I had everything but the meatballs or minced beef at home, so I used chopped up (cut into pieces with scissors) sausages as a meatball substitute. Works great and holds the shape well!
Was a hit with everyone!

My favourite pasta recipe, so easy to make, only uses one pan and tastes delicious, we never have any leftovers when I make this 🙂
