Yay, we just had this for dinner tonight and it was delish! I added some chopped parsley right at the end (might not be to everyone’s taste but I’m a total parsley head). Will defo be using this recipe again 🙌🙌

This was so easy, really yummy and felt really healthy with the cherry tomatoes and brocolli. Delicious smokey flavour and anything with halloumi is a win! Definitely joining my week day meals repitore 🙂
