This was so easy to make and so tasty. The steps provided made it so easy to follow. I often struggle following recipes with two young children demanding my attention, but the recipes are great.

Really enjoyed this. I blended up the raw onion, pepper, garlic and spices with Passata before adding it to the sausage as my son won’t eat the ‘bits’ so have to sneak the veggies in! Found that I needed less stock but turned out lovely. Also used a few fennel seeds as suggested.
