Light and bright flavors. Once prep was done, cooking was quick and easy. Will make again. The lemon was a nice touch. I followed the recipe except I was short on creme fraiche, so added some Greek yogurt…worked out fine.

This is a super quick and super tasty dinner. My 3 year old is obsessed with smoked salmon (Garden party sandwiches for the Queen’s Jubilee!) so this is a complete winner. So easy to make and great to throw together for a fast weekday dinner.
